With over seven years recruitment industry experience gained in both Australia and the UK, Luke also has many years experience in the commercial sales environment. Luke combines his renowned knowledge of industry with a warm consultative approach in delivering high quality results to both his clients and the careers of the people he works with. A co-founder of Harlow Group, Luke is passionate about his client’s businesses and the careers of the talented professionals he works with. Having developed highly successful recruitment teams throughout his career, Luke co-founded Harlow Group from a desire to exercise the business values and best-practice methodologies he has worked hard to develop.
