Steve is a highly effective and knowledgeable business consultant; a specialist in recruitment strategy and delivery in the sales and executive space.  Steve co-founded Harlow Group on the back of having managed and grown other recruitment businesses in Australia for over eight years.   Steve is passionate about the recruitment industry and was inspired to create a recruitment company that leads the change he wants to see in the recruitment sector.  In consulting with his clients and the talented executives he works with, he draws upon both his vast recruitment knowledge and executive management experience to deliver a service that is transparent, collaborative and retention focused.  Steve brings finely-tuned, high level, executive search methodologies to every recruitment project he is engaged on.
